Technical Support for Intercel eKo In-Home Display (IHD)

The following information details meter binding guidelines to keep and maintain your eKo IHD.
In Victoria, different energy distributors have different binding processes.

If your distributor is:

1. Jemena

Register and logon thru their website below to bind your IHD to the smartmeter:

2. United Energy

3. SP Ausnet

4. Citipower and Powercor

However, for eKo IHD customers with Citipower and Powercor, you may contact Intercel to perform the IHD binding request on your behalf.
The following information are required:

  1. Customer name, address and contact details.
  2. NMI (National Meter Identifier) and Meter Number.
  3. eKo Serial number.
