We at Intercel would like to provide our trusted partners and clients with an update of some of the changes we will be making, due to the recent increase of COVID-19 cases in Victoria.

As per Victorian Government directives, all Intercel staff are working from home wherever possible. To do our part in stopping the spread and keeping the safety of both our staff and customers at the forefront of our business, we have limited our dispatch days from 5, down to 2.

Moving forward, we will be dispatching orders out to customers on every Tuesday and Thursday of each week. In doing so, we aim to limit the amount of face to face contact within the office and therefore decrease the risk of spreading the virus.

Our team are still working hard to ship out all items safely and promptly, and we will continue to confirm orders and advise estimated delivery times.

If you do have a high-priority order that requires immediate dispatch, please let us know and we will do our utmost to fulfill any urgent requests.
